Definitely Egypt. Anyone who could create the pyramids years ago with only manpower, copper tools, and simple measuring tools gets a lot of respect from me. They were by far the most advanced society in almost all respects. They treated women with respect. They tried to live moral lives, so they could pass into the afterlife, and they built not only the pyramids, but gorgeous, intricate works of art far beyond the skills of any civilization of that time, and of many since then.
